Section 25 of Indian Evidence Act in Hindi and English

25. पुलिस ऑफिसर से की गई संस्वीकृति का साबित न किया जाना -- किसी पुलिस ऑफिसर से की गई कोई भी संस्वीकृति किसी अपराध के अभियुक्त व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध साबित न की जाएगी।

25. Confession to police officer not to be proved -- No confession made to a police officer, shall be proved as against a person accused of any offence.
