नुकसानी के लिए वादों में रकम अवधारित करने के लिए न्यायालय 

को समर्थ करने की प्रवृत्ति रखने वाले तथ्य सुसंगत हैं

 (In suits for damages, facts tending

 to enable Court to determine amount are relevant)

 नुकसानी के लिए वादों में रकम अवधारित करने के लिए न्यायालय को समर्थ करने की प्रवृत्ति रखने वाले तथ्य सुसंगत हैं -- 

उन वादों में, जिनमें नुकसानी का दावा किया गया है, कोई भी तथ्य सुसंगत है जिससे न्यायालय नुकसानी 

की वह रकम अवधारित करने के लिए समर्थ हो जाए, जो अधिनिर्णीत की जानी चाहिए।

 In suits for damages, facts tending to enable Court to determine amount are relevant -- In suits in which damages are claimed, any fact which will enable the Court to determine the amount of damages which ought to be awarded, is relevant.
